Customised packages
If our packages above don't spark your interest, we're always happy to create a customised weekend package just for you. We can add in some local activities or if you'd prefer some special pampering just let us know and we'll do our best to really help you rest, relax and recharge!
Deposits
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit within 7 days of booking. This can be done by cheque, money order or credit card. Balance of payment can be made on arrival. Full eftpos facilities are available.
Cancellation Policy
The following conditions MAY apply when a cancellation is made:
- For cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to occupancy date, the full deposit less a $20 administration cost will be refunded.
- For cancellations notified 14 days or less, and more than 7 days, prior to occupancy date, the full deposit less a $50 administration cost will be refunded.
- For cancellations notified 7 days or less prior to occupancy date, the full deposit will be forfeited unless the cottages can be rebooked.
Please note: We require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends. Sorry, but our special package offers are not available on SA public holidays, Easter Weekend/Clare Races or Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend. For the sake of our other guests, please respect our no smoking indoors and no pets policies. But please, do have an enjoyable and relaxing stay with us!
